a)Reduce your body weight at least 5%
b)Take this pill to regularise your periods
c)Discuss about your primary doctor to add [Metformin]
d)after 4 month of treatment if you like to conceive tell your doctor to add
clomiphene to stimulate your ovary, if that fails then FSH or LH will be given as injection.If every methods fail then
Letrozole will be added.
e)Tell your dietitian to make a
diet plan for you high fiber carbohydrates.
f)Do regular exercise and try to be physically active always .
